The Community Helping Us

The Community Helping Us

Over the last few years fundraising has been much harder due to the pandemic restricting fundraising opportunities. The Bradley Barton PTFA have been amazing and have still managed to put on a range of online and community events raising over £7000 in 2021-22.

We have also been very fortunate to get support from many other organisations.

The Helen Foundation

The Helen Foundation have given us support for many years by funding events and the creation of community artwork. They have also provided funding to allow individual pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds with musical talent to access music tuition. The Helen Foundation also paid for school to purchase the licence for ‘Oliver’ the musical.  Bradley Barton pupils benefit greatly from the wonderful work they do including our wonderful wooden sculptures!

Tree Surgeons

Many thanks to our local tree surgeon and parent Mr Coxall for donating such large quantities of wood chippings to enhance our allotment areas and bank behind the KS2 block.

The Avenue Methodist Church

Our local Methodist minister has been extremely supportive and proactive in helping us deliver our RE Curriculum and supporting us to deliver some exciting RE days!

Taylor Wimpey

We are currently working with Taylor Wimpey who have agreed to support the school by undertaking a building project. We have asked them to look at ways in which we can improve our EYFS outside space. atch this space!

Persimmon Homes

Thank you to them for donating money to our PTFA. This year the PTFA are using all funds raised to enhance outdoor learning spaces
