The Primary Partnership

The Primary Partnership is a group of maintained primary schools in South Devon working together to improve education and outcomes for all children. The partnership enables leaders and staff to collaborate, share expertise and support one another, while each school keeps its own identity.​

Our Purpose

The Primary Partnership exists to:​

• Promote and strengthen collaboration between schools.
• Provide mutual support for headteachers, leaders and staff.
• Engage in high-quality professional development to secure the best provision and outcomes for pupils.
• Ensure effective leadership and governance in all partner schools.
• Maximise efficiencies in business and resource management.
• Use each school’s strengths and specialisms to strengthen practice in all schools.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create an effective educational partnership that allows schools to share capacity and drive meaningful improvements across teaching, governance and defined academic areas. By working together, we aim to benefit pupils, staff, families and communities in every one of our schools.​
